Cathal Hayes

Cathal Hayes is an experienced estimator currently working at AIS Infrastructure since May 2023, proficient in HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam Revu. Prior to this role, Cathal served as a project manager at D'Arcy and Harty Construction from June 2015 to May 2023, overseeing utility upgrades and installations, managing budgets, and leading a team that generated an average of $6 million annually. Cathal's experience also includes a position as a project engineer at Ranger Pipelines Inc., where involvement in large diameter welded steel pipeline projects contributed to the Hetch Hetchy Water System Improvement Program. Earlier in their career, Cathal worked as a site engineer on the Victoria Dock Portal Project for London’s Crossrail project, focusing on construction-related activities. Cathal holds a B.Eng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University College Cork, completed in 2013.
