Steve Keenan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer service and sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Sales, Customer Care and Installations at Bradbury Group since April 2025, Steve is a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for team performance. Previously, at myenergi from July 2022 to February 2025, Steve functioned as Customer Experience Director, leading customer service and technical support initiatives. Steve's experience also includes pivotal roles at Habasit, GCS (GB) Limited, KCOM, The Home Office, and British Gas, where significant achievements include improving customer satisfaction, transforming service delivery, and leading successful customer engagement strategies.
