Helen Bewsher

Helen Bewsher is an accomplished professional in public health intelligence and research, currently serving as Evaluation Director and Head of Evaluation for Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture since April 2023. Concurrently, Helen holds the position of Honorary Lecturer at the University of Manchester's School of Health Sciences from January 2024. Previously, roles included Customer Insight Research and Evaluation Strategic Lead and Intelligence & Impact Strategic Lead for Kirklees Council between March 2019 and April 2023, and Senior Manager of Public Health Intelligence at NHS Kirklees from April 2012 to March 2019. Helen's career began with various positions in health research and development, including roles at Wakefield and Pontefract NHS Trust and Sheffield Health Authority. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Behavioural Sciences from the University of Huddersfield.
