Philippa Darbandi

Philippa Darbandi has over a decade of experience in organizational management and recruitment. Since June 2014, Philippa serves as the Organisation & Development Manager at Bradford Academy. Prior to this, Philippa held positions at St Omer Recruitment Ltd, first as Group Procedural and Sales Support Manager and later as Office Manager, overseeing the startup of the Leeds office. Philippa's career at Hays included roles as Office Manager for the Leeds Construction office, as well as managing a startup office in York, along with experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Earlier roles include Work Experience Co-ordinator and PA to the leadership team at Challenge Collegue. Philippa holds a degree in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University.
