Joel Berger

Joel Berger is a Senior Managing Director at Bradford Allen with experience in commercial real estate, specializing in office and medical office leasing projects. Joel established the Suburban Chicago Practice for the company from scratch in 2008 and led the recruitment, hiring, and training of junior associates until 2016. Additionally, Joel is the Lead Writer and Editor for the Bradford Allen Suburban Market Reports, creating public research reports for the Suburban Office since 2008. Joel also founded Healthy Swap Life LLC in July 2020 and currently serves as the Chief Editor. Prior to this, Joel worked as the Manager of Business Development at Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce from 2002 to 2004. Joel holds a BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
