Katalin Szabo

Katalin Szabo is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in children's services, currently serving as a Social Worker in the Friends and Family Assessment Team at Bradford Children and Families Trust since April 2023. Prior to this role, Katalin worked in various capacities within Bradford Children's Services, including the Fostering Service and Duty and Assessment Team, contributing to child welfare from December 2019 to April 2023. Katalin's prior experience includes working as a freelance Hungarian interpreter and outreach worker, and as a child protection social worker in Budapest. Katalin holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pecs and a Bachelor's degree in Mental Hygiene at Social Work from Illyes Gyula College, complemented by training as a family therapist through the Hungarian Family Therapy Association.
