Heather Jo Rector

Heather Jo Rector has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heather Jo began their career as a Seasonal Sales Manager at Everything Wood from 2005 to 2007. Heather Jo then worked as a Research Accounting Student Worker at Michigan Technological University from 2009 to 2011. Heather gained further experience as an Operations professional at Nagase America from 2012 to 2013, where they excelled in inventory management, purchasing, customer service, and logistics coordination. Heather Jo then joined Kiewit in 2014, where they held positions as a Hydrostatic Testing Technician, Payroll Technical Lead - Software Deployment, and ultimately as a Lead Estimator, before leaving in 2017. Heather Jo'smost recent role was with Bradford Products, LLC, where they held positions as an Estimator, Senior Estimator, and currently serves as the Chief Estimator, starting in 2022.
