Joe Carr

Joe Carr is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Upper Allegheny Health System since March 2020, Joe oversees daily HR operations for the BRMC HR department, managing a workforce of 360 employees and 160 contract staff. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an HR Manager at Lowe's from September 2006 to July 2019, focusing on talent acquisition and retention through proactive recruitment and consistent policy application. Joe's career in HR began with an internship at Penn State University from September 2004 to April 2006. Joe holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
