Glenn Griffin started their work experience in 1992 at Westinghouse Lighting Corporation as a Controller. Glenn then worked at PowerPlan Corp as a Product Manager from 1999 to 2002, where they led successful implementations of solutions at customer sites and developed financial models for various industries. From 2002 to 2006, they joined PQ Corporation as a Manager of Application Development, where they led application development teams and implemented Financial Consolidation solutions and MS Sharepoint Intranet. Following that, they worked at AmeriGas from 2006 to 2018, taking on roles such as Program Director, SAP Integration Manager, and SAP COE Director, leading various projects and teams in IT operations, systems integration, and creating a shared services model for SAP Center of Excellence. Currently, they are the VP and Chief Information Officer at Bradford White Corporation, where they oversee the design, engineering, and building of water and space heating solutions.

Glenn Griffin obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Glenn attended the university from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, graduating in the years 1997 to 2000.
