Prakash Mohan

Prakash Mohan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Training Coordinator at Bradken since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading training initiatives for foundry operations and composite manufacturing. Prior to this role, Prakash worked as an HR Officer, focusing on HR business partnering, employee engagement, training and development, apprenticeship programs, social responsibility, statutory compliance, contract management, and mental health support, alongside a background in metallurgy and quality assurance. Prakash's previous experience includes a tenure as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Larsen & Toubro from 2011 to March 2018, managing metallurgical laboratory activities and non-destructive testing. Educational qualifications include a PG in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, and diplomas in Metallurgical Engineering and Casting Manufacturing Processes from Sakthi Polytechnic College.
