Rick Seter MBA SPHR is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries, including steel foundry, medical waste management, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bradken, Rick previously held senior HR roles at Milgard Windows and Doors, Vigor, LLC, and Stericycle, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and labor relations. With a strong background in union environments and contract negotiations, Rick has worked with multiple unions and diverse workforces. Rick holds an MBA with a concentration in HR from Keller Graduate School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Montana State University Billings.
