Dawn Sharff

Dawn Sharff is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate transactions. As a Partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since March 2005, Dawn has focused on representing lenders and borrowers, particularly in commercial real estate matters involving transactions across the nation. Prior to this role, Dawn was a Partner at Walston Wells Anderson & Bains, LLP from August 1994 to February 2005, where counsel was provided on various commercial real estate and financing issues. Dawn holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College.
