David Yaniak

David Yaniak has over 28 years of work experience in engineering and management roles. David worked at Warner Electric from 1992 to 2007, where they served as a Principal Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, overseeing the development of custom products, design improvements, and cost reductions. David also worked as a Project Engineer, designing product lines for the Industrial, Mobile Off-Highway, and Automotive markets.

In 2007, Yaniak joined Spacesaver Corporation as the Senior Project and Application Engineer, responsible for supporting the design, manufacture, and customer application of a new industrial storage product. David successfully launched new product lines and established manufacturing and distribution partnerships. David later became the Manager of Product Development Engineering and then the Director of Engineering, leading the NPD engineering team and increasing the NPD pipeline.

In 2017, Yaniak joined Bradley Corporation as the Industrial Products Engineering Manager and later became the Director of Engineering and Compliance in 2020. David is responsible for managing design engineering functions and ensuring compliance with regulations.

David Yaniak completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1991. David also pursued Tool and Die Technology at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Additionally, David has obtained multiple certifications related to project management, executive leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, process improvement, and strategic planning, among others. David has completed 5 out of 6 courses for the Technical Leadership program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
