Susan B.

Susan B. is a highly experienced engineering professional with expertise in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Bradley Corporation since October 2018, Susan directs project workloads, develops engineering design guidelines, and conducts analyses of prototype testing results. Prior to this role, Susan was a Design Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for over 15 years, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing designs, and leading design reviews. Earlier in the career, Susan held various engineering roles at Harley-Davidson, including Developmental Purchasing Engineer and Project Engineer. Susan began the professional journey at Caterpillar as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer. Susan earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liaoning Institute of Technology in China.
