Ben Lobalbo

Ben LoBalbo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as an Executive Account Manager at Bradley-Morris, Inc since January 2007, focusing on the nationwide placement of military engineers and leadership talent to address staffing challenges. Previously, Ben held the role of Vice President and Business Owner at Career Development Corporation for nearly 30 years, specializing in recruiting and business operations within the military officer placement sector. Early career roles include industrial sales at Westvaco Corporation and service as a Lieutenant and Naval Aviator in the United States Navy, completing 300 combat missions during the Viet Nam War. Ben holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Georgetown University, earned between 1964 and 1968.
