Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships at Brado

Blake DeCola has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Blake currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships at Brado, a digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare brands. Prior to this, Blake served as an Executive Board Member at the Fast Company Executive Board.

Before joining Brado, Blake worked at Epsilon, a leader in outcome-based marketing, as the Senior Director of CPG and Shopper Marketing. Blake was responsible for national business development for the CPG Vertical. Blake also held the role of Director, Central Region Sales at Rubicon Project, where they delivered a powerful platform for marketers to engage with premium audiences.

In addition, Blake worked at Undertone as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in breakthrough cross-device video and high-impact display ad units. Blake managed a multimillion-dollar territory and received recognition as the 3rd Place National Sales Person of the Year in 2014.

Starting their career at News America Marketing as an Account Director, Blake managed a $5+ million territory and oversaw the work development of Account Coordinators. Blake was responsible for marketing consultancy, selling the product portfolio, and managing client accounts.

Blake also gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Kaplan, where they performed external marketing to promote Kaplan products and services. Blake began their career as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and also served as a Corporate Relations Intern at Centric Group, LLC.

Throughout their career, Blake has showcased their expertise in digital marketing, client partnerships, business development, and sales.

Blake DeCola attended Miami University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2008, they briefly studied at Bond University but did not obtain a degree. Before college, Blake attended Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) from 1999 to 2005, although their field of study and degree name during this period are unknown.

In terms of certifications, Blake has obtained several. In 2021, they completed the Mini-Medical School program at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. In the same year, they also obtained a miniMBA certification from Miami University Farmer School of Business. In 2020, they completed a Leadership Principles program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Blake received a Digital Media Sales Certification from IAB in 2013, and later that year, they obtained an IAB Digital Media Sales Certification.
