Erik Hellum

Erik Hellum has a vast work experience in the media industry. Erik began their career in 1988 as an Account Executive at Katz Radio Boston and went on to hold various managerial roles within Katz Media Group. In 2001, they joined AMFM as the Vice President of Sales and later became the Executive Vice President of Clear Channel Group Sales at Clear Channel Radio. Erik then worked at Bonneville International as the VP/Market Manager for both St. Louis and Phoenix. Currently, Erik is with Townsquare Media, where they have held several positions including President of GapWest Broadcasting, Executive Vice President of Radio, and their most recent role as Chief Operating Officer for Local Media.

Erik Hellum attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1983 to 1987. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Radio-Television-Film.
