Kim Bowers has over a decade of experience in the marketing industry. Kim began their career as a Research Assistant at the Missouri School of Journalism in 2006, where they worked until 2007. From there, they joined Rodgers Townsend (DDB St. Louis) as an Account Planner, where they stayed until 2009.

In 2009, Kim joined Brädo Creative Insight, starting as a Creative Strategist and later progressing to roles such as Senior Director, Digital Research & Creative Strategy and Senior Director, Business Unit Consultant. Their final role at Brädo was Vice President & Group Leader, which they held from 2016 to 2019.

Since 2019, Kim has been working at Brado, a marketing agency, as the President, Creative Insight until April 2021. Kim is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. Their role at Brado focuses on delivering insight-driven, digitally-centric strategies and content to clients, helping them navigate a rapidly changing world and stay ahead of their competition.

Kim Bowers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Kim then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communications from the same university in 2007.
