Flavio de Roma Leao

Flavio De Roma Leao has a diverse work experience in the industrial design field. Flavio started their career as a Product Designer at Sanremo S/A - Uma empresa InBetta in 1996, where they worked until 1999. Flavio then joined Casabella in 2000 as a Product Designer in the USA Office and later moved to the Senior Product Designer role in the Hong Kong Office from 2006 to 2010. Flavio then founded their own company, De Roma Design Inc, where they served as the CEO and Chief Product Designer from 2010 to 2014. Flavio returned to Casabella as the Industrial Design Director from 2014 to 2017, managing the design department and overseeing the development of housewares items. After that, Flavio joined Bradshaw International - NYC Office - Casabella in 2017 as the Director of Industrial Design, responsible for managing the Casabella division's design department. Flavio currently holds the position of Senior Director of Industrial Design and Engineering at Bradshaw International since March 2020.

Flavio De Roma Leao has a postgraduate degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
