Nisreen Ayala

Nisreen Ayala, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner and Compensation Specialist at Bradshaw Home since July 2022, following a robust career in human resources. Prior to this role, Nisreen held various positions at Desert Coastal Transport, Inc., including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing employee benefits and conducting open enrollment meetings, as well as overseeing payroll and HR functions for over 150 employees. Additional experience includes serving as an HRIS Analyst at Payroll Link Inc., facilitating the build-out of Human Capital Management systems, and handling accounting and IT tasks in earlier roles. Nisreen holds multiple degrees from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Chaffey College, including a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources.
