Elliot Blackmore

Elliot Blackmore serves as the Interim Head of School at Bradstow School since August 2021, leading a residential institution for children with profound autism spectrum condition and social, emotional, and mental health needs. Achievements include a comprehensive curriculum overhaul, implementation of Positive Behaviour Support with measurable improvements, and the introduction of a phonics strategy resulting in significant reading progress for students. Concurrently, Elliot holds coaching roles at Thanet Wanderers RFC and has a diverse background in rugby coaching, consultancy, and education within the film and television industry. Elliot's previous positions include SEMH Advisory Teacher and Autism Advisory Teacher, where responsibilities encompassed supporting children with complex needs and providing specialized training. Educational qualifications include an NPQH from UCL and a PGCE in Physical Education and Sport from the University of Greenwich.
