Yulia Tokarenko has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Yulia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Brady Technologies, where they are responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Yulia worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at the same company. Yulia also has experience as a Business Psychology Consultant at Viewpoint Psychology and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at both Met T&S - Maire Tecnimont and SVEZA. Yulia has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rosgosstrakh and as a Professional Athlete (volleyball) at Helsinki Volley. Yulia began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Dom.ru.

Yulia Tokarenko completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology at Saint Petersburg State University from 2009 to 2013. Yulia subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at Northumbria University from 2017 to 2018.
