Mark Collins

Director, Federal Policy at Brady: United Against Gun Violence

Mark Collins has extensive experience in federal policy, currently serving as Director of Federal Policy at Brady since July 2018, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Federal Policy & Electoral Manager in the same organization. Prior to this, Collins managed The Capitol Lounge from March 2004 until December 2019 and contributed as a Full-Time Volunteer for the Maryland Democratic Party's Coordinated Campaign in 2016. A notable tenure at the Council on Foreign Relations spanned four years, where Collins progressed from External Affairs Intern to Program Coordinator for Congress and U.S. Foreign Policy. Additional experiences include internships with congressional offices and a volunteer role in a congressional campaign. Collins holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America.
