Vincent Laughlin

Vincent Laughlin is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Sales Coach at Brady Corporation since November 2018, focusing on talent management across various organizational levels. As the Owner and CEO of Vincent Laughlin Training Services since March 2017, Vincent has continued to enhance educational offerings. Prior experience includes working as a Patient & Family Experience Trainer at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, where the emphasis was on delivering exceptional care and service. Vincent has also held positions such as Director of Corporate Training & Development at Fetch Logistics and Senior Sales Trainer at Ingram Micro, responsible for skill development of over 1,500 associates. Earlier in the career, Vincent taught Social Studies at EC Glass High School. Education credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University and a Bachelor's of Science in Social Studies Education from Buffalo State University.
