Andrew McClelland is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at Braga Fresh Family Farms since October 2019. As the Founder of Idea That Consulting since 2012, Andrew provides consumer insights and innovation strategies for emerging food and wellness companies. Previous roles include General Manager at Earthbound Farm, Director of Innovations at Dole Fresh Vegetables and Dole Berry Company, and Director of Marketing at Fusion Floral, among others. Andrew has a strong background in product development, having pioneered initiatives in both the packaged salad segment at Fresh Express and new beverages at Cott Beverages. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from Ryerson University in 1993.
