Mateja Slaviček

Mateja Slaviček is a seasoned professional in talent management and people culture, currently holding the position of Head of Talent Management and Engagement at Bragg. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Mateja previously served as a Human Resources Development Manager at Riko d.o.o. and as an MBA Development Manager at the Center of Business Excellence at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. Having co-created numerous business educational programs and fostered employee growth initiatives, Mateja is deeply committed to enhancing employee relations and organizational success through effective development strategies. Mateja earned a Bachelor of Education in Marketing from the University of Ljubljana and is pursuing an MBA at the Faculty of Economics.
