Molly Nealon

Molly Nealon is a Senior Analyst at Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc., a position held since August 2022, after serving as a Project Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as Bartender and Manager, and Server at Boylan Heights from September 2018 to December 2022. Molly also contributed as a Volunteer at Madison House in Charlottesville, VA, and completed a Real Estate Design and Development Internship with the University of Virginia Foundation in summer 2021. Additional experience includes an internship with the City of Charlottesville and a role as a Lifeguard for the Eagles Mere Association from June 2015 to August 2019. Molly holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Urban and Environmental Planning and a Master’s degree in the same field, both from the University of Virginia.
