Michael Guercio

Michael Guercio is a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in technical sourcing, currently serving as a Founding Sourcer at Brain Co. since June 2025. Previously, Michael held roles at Airtable from April 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included supporting software engineering hiring, focusing on infrastructure, and acting as the Gem Tools Champion.
