Helen Guyatt

Helen Guyatt has extensive experience in research and evaluation roles. Helen is currently the Head of Research, Evaluation and Insight at Brain in Hand since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Evidence at The Start Network from November 2018 to November 2022. Before that, Helen served as the Head of Research at Kimetrica International Limited from September 2015 to August 2018. Helen also worked as a Research Consultant at various firms from 2003 to 2015. Helen's earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at KEMRI - Wellcome Trust from 1998 to 2003, as well as at the University of Oxford from 1994 to 1998. Helen began their career as a Research Fellow at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute from 1992 to 1994.

Helen Guyatt pursued their education at Imperial College London, where they completed their bachelor's degree in Biology between 1985 and 1988. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution, specializing in Epidemiology, and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 1992.
