Anastasios Papachristou, P.Eng.

Anastasios Papachristou, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Anastasios started their career at Regulvar Inc. in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer intern, where they gained practical experience in the industry. In 2016, they joined Regulvar Inc. as an Electrical Engineer, working on various projects until 2017.

In 2014, Anastasios also worked as a Research Assistant at Concordia University, where they contributed to research projects in their field. Following this, they joined Natural Resources Canada as a Smart Grid Engineer in 2017, where they focused on developing and implementing smart grid technologies.

Since 2018, Anastasios has been associated with BrainBox AI, a leading company in artificial intelligence for the HVAC industry. Anastasios started as an AI Controls Engineer, working on HVAC automation projects. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Senior AI Controls Engineer, where they played a more senior role in developing AI solutions for HVAC systems. Currently, they hold the role of Senior AI Service Reliability Engineer at BrainBox AI, where they ensure the reliability of AI services.

With a strong background in electrical engineering and expertise in AI-driven HVAC automation, Anastasios Papachristou, P.Eng. has accumulated a wealth of experience and demonstrated their ability to contribute to various projects throughout their career.

Anastasios Papachristou, P.Eng. obtained a M.Eng. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering-Electrical Energy Division from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in 2012. Anastasios then pursued further education at Concordia University, where they received a MASc degree in Building Engineering from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Anastasios has obtained various certifications, including Professional Engineer (PE) from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and several AI and Machine Learning-related trainings from LinkedIn.
