Holly Ryan

Holly Ryan is an experienced professional with a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2015, Holly worked as a Brand Ambassador for Charisma Marketing, representing Chrysler Automotive at the Montreal and Toronto Auto Shows. In 2012, they embarked on a freelance photography career, which lasted until 2017. During this time, they developed their skills as a photographer. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Resident Assistant and Campus Tour Guide at Concordia University, where they welcomed new students and conducted campus tours. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of IT Support Specialist at Concordia University, providing solutions and support for IT-related inquiries. Holly's experience also includes work as a Technical Coordinator at Stingray, where they troubleshooted hardware/software errors and supported the IT team. Holly then moved on to Speridian Technologies in 2019, working as a Support Manager for Cloud Applications. In this role, they managed and implemented CRM processes with international clients. From 2020 to 2021, Holly worked as a Project Manager at 2toLead, a Microsoft consulting company. In this role, they challenged clients to innovate and think outside the box. Most recently, in 2021, Holly joined BrainBox AI as a Client Project Manager. Holly successfully built and implemented a new project structure and communication processes on a national scale. Holly's career also includes experience as an artist and art mentor, as well as a model actress for Orange Model Management.

Holly Ryan's education history is as follows:

From 2022 to 2024, Holly attended Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom, where they studied Religion/Religious Studies.

In 2021 until 2023, Holly pursued an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) degree in Life Coaching at The Institute for Life Coach Training [ILCT].

In 2019 and 2020, Holly obtained a Certificate in CAD Fundamentals - AutoCAD & SolidWorks from Concordia University, specializing in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. Additionally, during the same period, they enrolled at George Brown College for Project Management studies.

Holly obtained their Graduate Diploma (GrDip) in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Concordia University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In 2017, they also completed a Certificate in Programming Fundamentals with Java at Concordia University.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from Concordia University, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree at the University of Guelph.

In terms of additional certifications, Holly completed Level II Improv training at Impro Montréal / Montreal Improv in September 2021. In 2014, they received First Aid certification from Red Cross Youth. Holly became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance in January 2021. It is also noted that Holly has a Bronze Cross certification from Lifesaving Society Canada, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
