Tom Barraclough

Tom Barraclough is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Syncopate Lab, where Tom analyzes and resolves issues related to technology, law, and ethics. Tom is also a Co-Founder, Director, Researcher, and Consultant at Brainbox Institute, focusing on advocacy in the New Zealand policy space. Additionally, Tom serves as a Member of the ACC Scheme Advisory Panel and is the Director and Founder of Infinite Mystery Ltd, a policy consultancy firm. With a background in law and research, Tom has also been involved in various roles at University of Otago, AI Forum NZ, and other organizations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and an LLB (Honours) in Law, philosophy, health policy, and politics from the University of Otago.
