Rick Ford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick is the Founder & CEO of BRAINBOX Immersive Marketing since 2015, where they assist businesses in reaching their target audiences through various marketing strategies. Prior to this, they were the CEO & President of iHigh, Inc from 1999 to 2015, where they expanded the company into a national creative agency and developed the iHigh.com Internet Network. Rick also co-founded an internet start-up focused on high school market aggregation. Rick Ford's career also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Host Communications (IMG College) from 1987 to 1999, overseeing various divisions and marketing programs. Rick started their professional journey in the US Army, where they served as a Major and held various leadership positions from 1974 to 1994. Additionally, Rick Ford worked at the University of Kentucky as the Director of External Affairs for the College of Business from 1984 to 1987, focusing on fundraising, alumni relations, and student phonathon initiatives.

Rick Ford earned a B.B.A. degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Kentucky. Rick went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the same university, completing it between 1981 and 1984.
