Monique Bradshaw

Monique Bradshaw is an accomplished technology and product development leader with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Head of Product for Media & Entertainment at CoreWeave since March 2024, Monique is also a Co-Founder of braincandy, a platform connecting readers with new books. Previous roles include consultant at Meld Consulting, VP of Business Development & Operations at Conductor Technologies, and Head of Production Technology at Lucasfilm, where senior technical leadership was provided across film and animation. Monique has held significant positions at Weta Digital as Chief Technology Officer, Animal Logic as Head of Information Technology, and Cisco Systems as a Senior Technical Project Manager. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Product Design from Stanford University.
