Keith Gaddis

Keith Gaddis has a diverse work experience in software engineering and technology-related roles. Keith started their career in 2006 as the Director of Biosurveillance and Senior Developer at the Texas Association of Local Health Officials. During this time, they built and operated a biosurveillance network and led the development team for OpenPHIN, an open-source implementation of CDC PCA guidelines.
