The Human Resources team at Brainchild Communications Pakistan is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Led by the Talent Director and Head of Human Resources Operations, the team ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment. They also handle payroll, benefits administration, and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
