Gilles Bézard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gilles began their career as an IT Engineer at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, and Energy in 1989. Gilles then moved on to work as a Teacher and M2 Project Manager at ICAM from 1991 to 1996. Afterward, they served as the Head of the Computer Science Department at ICAM from 1996 to 2007. During this time, they also founded and chaired Moliba Makasi in 2007. Gilles later worked at the Universidad de Deusto as part of the International Office from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they became the IT Manager at Institut Aeronautique et Spatial- IAS, and concurrently worked as a member of the pedagogical team and Head of Studies at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers from 2008 to 2013. Gilles'snext role was as the Chief Technical Officer at Spikenet Technology from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at BrainChip Holdings Limited, a role they have held since 2016.

Gilles Bézard completed their Master's degree (DESS) in Artificial Intelligence from Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. During this period, they gained expertise in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, from 1988 to 1989, they pursued a course in Historiographie et Epigraphie Egyptiennes, obtaining an L3 degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
