Zihui Zhang

Zihui Zhang is a UX/UI Designer at FocusCalm since February 2019, specializing in the design of two meditation apps that integrate EEG detection wearables to enhance mindfulness, relaxation, and stress relief for both the US and Chinese markets. Zihui has contributed to the development of EEG neurofeedback games aimed at preschool children with autism, winning a Starkids-Red Dot Award in 2021 for Brand & Communication Design. Prior experience includes a Content Operation Internship at Liulishuo, where Zihui created online English quizzes and learning videos that boosted user participation by 5%, and a Market Management Internship at China Mobile, focusing on poster design and user experience improvements for retail environments. Zihui holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Design/Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from China Academy of Art.
