Data Engineer / Data Architect - AI for Industry 4.0 at Braincube

Breno Musetti's work experience begins with their current role at Braincube as a Data Engineer / Data Architect - AI for Industry 4.0, where they are responsible for developing and designing Big Data architectures for processing high-volume data from industrial plants. Breno also performs customized ETL and ELT for transforming and creating structured Digital Twins. Breno'sresponsibilities included analyzing competitiveness indices, monitoring offers and price actions, suggesting price changes, and measuring results. Breno also conducted elasticity analysis and monitored products with a significant impact on revenue. As part of a project, they led the development of a strategic price elasticity analysis tool using PowerBi to define the best pricing strategy for each product or product family.

Additionally, Breno has experience working as a private math tutor for high school and preparatory courses. Breno also worked as a Methods and Processes Analyst at ZF Group, where they were involved in defining, implementing, and validating devices, tools, and equipment for production. Breno conducted process maintenance, provided technical support, and focused on continuous improvement. Breno participated in tasks such as FMEA and Control Plans, process balance, time study analysis, interpreting technical drawings, and analyzing part quality. Breno also created production process routines in the system and contributed to IATF audits. Moreover, Breno was responsible for introducing a new machining center at ZF Group, which involved analyzing production and technical viability, creating technical descriptions, layouts, process flows, and conducting the first try-out.

Early in their career, Breno served as an Industrial Engineering Intern at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and ZF TRW. Breno contributed to projects focused on layout improvements, capacity and capability studies, process improvements, resource optimization, and setup time reduction.

Lastly, Breno gained research experience as a Scientific Initiation Scholar at CNPq - PIBIC, where they worked on a research project for about a year.

Breno Musetti's educational history begins in 2010 when they enrolled in the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Breno pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Engenharia de Manufatura, and completed their studies in 2017. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, Breno furthered their education at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained a specialization degree in Engenharia de Produção - Lean six sigma, with a focus on quality.

In 2020, Breno returned to the Universidade Estadual de Campinas to pursue Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, a field of study they would participate in until 2022.

Furthermore, Breno has also achieved certifications in Python. In March 2023, they obtained the certifications of Intermediate Python and Introduction to Python, both obtained from DataCamp.
