Natalia Gallego Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management consulting. Currently serving as Principal Partner at Brainhunters since 2019, Natalia specializes in high-level executive and technical recruitment. Prior to this role, Natalia was a Manager for Banking, Insurance, Tax & Legal Advisory at Randstad España from 2009 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading the identification and recruitment of top-tier talent for senior management positions. Natalia also worked as a Senior Consultant, overseeing the entire recruitment process for Middle and Senior Management roles, and collaborated on projects for key clients in the financial and banking sectors.
