Chris Goodman

Chris Goodman has a wealth of experience in the Learning and Development field. Chris began their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Specialist at Farmers Insurance. In 2011, they became an HR/Learning and Development Consultant at Oberon LLC. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Learning and Development Specialist/Sales Trainer (LMS Administrator) at Restaurant Technologies. Chris then worked as a Learning and Talent Development Business Partner at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota from 2014 to 2015. After that, they were a Training Knowledge & QA Manager (Knowledge Management Administrator) at Sportsman's Guide from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became an Instructional Design Consultant at Optum. In 2017, they worked as a National Training & Implementation Consultant at Buffalo Wild Wings. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Learning and Development Specialist (LMS Administrator) at Cardinal Glass Industries. Most recently, they are a Business Development Director at BRAINIER Solutions, Inc.

Chris Goodman has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Training & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
