Jenny Ellingen has been working in the training and professional development industry since 1996. From 1996 to 2015, they served as Customer Care Manager, Key Accounts for Total Training Network, a subsidiary of BIWorldwide. In 2015, they moved to Brainier Solutions, Inc., also a subsidiary of BIWorldwide, to take on the role of Vice President, Customer Experience and Marketing Services. In both roles, they provided comprehensive training solutions for companies of all sizes, featuring a robust Learning Management System and a wide range of courses.
Jenny Ellingen attended DeVry University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned an Associate's degree in Paralegal. Jenny also attended North High from 1991 to 1993 and earned a Diploma.
