Kathryn Greenberg serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Board-Elect at Brainkind, the leading UK charity for brain injury rehabilitation and neurological support. With extensive experience in governance and advisory roles, Kathryn has been a Board Governor and Executive Committee member at KESWICK FOUNDATION LIMITED since 2007 and served on the Board of Governors for Maggie Keswick Jencks Cancer Caring Centre Foundation Ltd. from 2012 to 2021. Additionally, Kathryn held the position of Advisor at Shared Value Project Hong Kong, focusing on aligning business practices with social impact, and was the founding CEO in Hong Kong, promoting collaborative solutions to societal challenges. Kathryn's background in finance includes roles at UBS, Baring Asset Management, and Kleinwort Benson. Educational qualifications include a MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Macquarie Business School, and a postgraduate diploma in Creating Shared Value from Harvard Business School.
