Alix Nepveux

Alix Nepveux is a Project Engineer specializing in R&D Functional and Stereotactic Neurosurgery at Brainlab since January 2023. Previously, Alix worked as a Quality Engineer at Medtronic, focusing on pFMEA product remediation for the Micra pacemaker and overseeing validation and verification documentation. An earlier role as an R&D Engineer Intern involved characterizing a new laser technology for cardiac implants, enabling less invasive designs. Alix also gained hands-on experience as a Machining Intern at ETML, learning various manufacturing techniques. Alix holds a Master's degree in Micro and Nanosystems and a Bachelor's degree in Microengineering from EPFL, along with a stint as a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University.
