Erika R. Nelson

Erika R. Nelson is an experienced professional in digital learning and instructional design, currently serving as Team Leader Digital Learning at Brainlab since August 2017. Prior roles at Brainlab include Advanced Learning Experience Designer, Learning Experience Designer, and Instructional Designer. Before this, Erika held positions at perspektive3 GmbH as Projektleitung und Konzeption in Learning & Development and as a project management intern focused on developing learning offerings. Erika began a career in documentation and quality management as a student worker at Brainloop from February 2012 to October 2015. Educational qualifications include a degree from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
