Marcus Stocker

Marcus Stocker has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Manager of Direct Sourcing at Brainlab since November 2018. Previously, Stocker held several leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific Germany from February 2011 to September 2018, including Sr. Manager of Strategic Procurement for HPLC production, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and cost reduction. In earlier roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Stocker managed purchasing, supply chain management, and strategic outsourcing projects. Prior experience also includes significant positions at ZARGES GmbH, where Stocker advanced from Technical Buyer to Head of Material Management, with experience dating back to a purchasing role at Danone AG. Education includes an Industriefachwirt degree from IHK, completed between 1989 and 1991.
