Osama Ishtaiwi

Osama Ishtaiwi is a board member at Brainpool AI. Osama was previously a sales manager for Johnson & Johnson and Cordis. Osama has also been a product specialist and cath lab supervisor.

Ishtaiwi has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Osama began their career as a cath lab supervisor at Jordan Hospital in 1994. In 2000, they became a product specialist for Cordis, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Osama was promoted to sales manager in 2007 and managed the P&L for the Cordis franchise in Saudi Arabia.

During their time at Cordis, Ishtaiwi launched several new procedures and products, including retrievable filters, RX Carotid, and Smart Control in SFA. Osama also built relationships with key surgeons and product influencers to increase awareness and acceptance of Cordis products.

In 2011, Ishtaiwi left Johnson & Johnson to join Brainpool AI as a board member. Osama continues to use their knowledge and experience to help grow the company and expand its reach in the medical field.

Osama Ishtaiwi has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Management & Leadership degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an Executive Leadership degree from Cornell University. Osama also has a Bs.C in Nursing from the University of Jordan.
