Alisa Harris-Norico has diverse work experience in the animation and illustration industry. Alisa worked as a Senior Animator at BrainPOP, creating storyboards, designs, and animations to teach various subjects to K-8 students. Additionally, Alisa was a Comic Creator for their self-published works, including a vegetarian recipe comic, comic vignettes about their cats, and autobiographical stories about living in New York City. Alisa also worked as an Illustrator for Penguin Random House and a Character Designer at The Productive Studios. Alisa has freelanced as an Animator for Transistor Studios and Buck, and as an Illustrator for MJF Books. Alisa was the lead colorist for The Stratford Zoo book series and served as an Animation Director at Augenblick Studios. Alisa also worked as a Character Layout Artist for VH1's animated Christmas special, "T.I. and Tiny: Holiday Hustle." Alisa's expertise spans a range of roles and mediums in the animation and illustration industry.

Alisa Harris-Norico obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Traditional Animation from the School of Visual Arts. Alisa attended this institution from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, between 1997 and 1999, they attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they focused on Fine Arts, but did not complete a degree.
