Stefania Pascal

Stefania Pascal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer branding and internal communications across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Lead for International Talent Branding at Brainport Development since September 2025, Stefania previously held roles including Employer Branding Specialist at Kramp, where Stefania built the employer brand from scratch, and at EVBox, where Stefania established the employer branding function. Additional experience includes transforming internal communication at Carrefour România, developing a global employer branding strategy at Vitesco Technologies, and early career roles in marketing and finance internships at Nestlé and PepsiCo. Stefania holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
