Mirit Rozen

Mirit Rozen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Starting in 2006, Mirit worked as an Analytical Chemist at Chemagis, where they conducted research and development for new production processes in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a QA Supervisor at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, establishing batch traceability and release processes. Mirit then transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer from 2010 to 2012, overseeing deviation processes and qualification of various procedures. From 2012 to 2016, Mirit worked as a QA Lead, managing the quality engineering aspects of combination product lifecycles. In 2016, they became the Production Manager at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, assuming responsibility for the production department.

In 2018, Mirit joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Quality Assurance, where they oversaw all quality aspects of product release, investigations, complaints, and process validation. Mirit managed a team of managers and employees across multiple QA sections, covering production, packaging, and logistics. After their tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Mirit worked as a Project Manager at RS Ness - Solutions for Life Science Companies from 2018 to 2021, before becoming the VP QA at BrainQ Technologies in 2021.

Mirit Rozen completed a B.SC in Biotechnology and Chemistry Engineering at Ariel University from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Ariel University from 2012 to 2013.
